POLICY FOR SOCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SGS)
The SGS social management system represents Fradelloni’s commitment to social responsibility, safety and quality in logistics services.
FRADELLONI TRASPORTI SpA, aware of its social role and responsibility to all stakeholders, adopts and maintains an active Social Responsibility Management System in accordance with the requirements of the PAS 24000:2022 standard.
The Company is committed to pursuing sustainable and equitable development by integrating the fundamental principles of ethics, equity, inclusion, respect for human rights and protection of working conditions into its decision-making and operational processes, promoting a growth model based on respect for people and the social context.
MANAGEMENT COMMITMENTS
Management, in establishing this Policy, makes the following commitments:
- RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND WORKERS by promoting working conditions that are decent, fair, safe and free from any form of discrimination or exploitation.

- LEGALITY AND INTEGRITY: to act with transparency, fairness and responsibility, in full compliance with applicable laws, ethical principles and applicable national and international regulations, promoting a corporate culture oriented toward legality, respect and social responsibility, and valuing the reporting of behavior that does not comply with the rules and principles of fairness.
- PREVENTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, through systematic monitoring of social performance and setting measurable goals as part of the Management Review.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Policy applies to all offices and activities of FRADELLONI TRASPORTI SpA, employees, collaborators, partners and suppliers, within the scope of activities that may affect, directly or indirectly, the well-being of people and the social context in which the Company operates.
DIFFUSION
The Policy is communicated to all levels of the company, published on the Company’s website and shared with all stakeholders. It is subject to periodic verification and updating by management at Management System Reviews.
