New location in Cagliari’s Canal Port
The Industrial Port of Cagliari, commonly known as the Canal Port, is an infrastructure built in the mid-1980s for the sorting and transportation of container goods. Originally designed to serve local industries, the Canal Port is now a major container terminal for international traffic.
It also plays a crucial role as a berthing point for RO-RO ships and, in the near future, will become Cagliari’s only RO-RO and RO-PAX port, consolidating its strategic role in maritime transport. Recently, the port is also used for the landing and embarkation of bulk goods.
The Fradelloni plant, strategically adjacent to the Canal Port, benefits from this privileged location, resulting in a functional, efficient and specifically designed location for logistics activities.
